We support FileMaker Server 2025 and previous versions including FileMaker Server 2024, 2023, 19, 18, and earlier. We can spin up a new FileMaker Server instance in less than 30 minutes in any of our 43 global locations.
What operating systems do you support?
Our standard hosting runs on Linux Ubuntu 24.04 LTS for optimal performance and security. We can also provide Windows Server hosting upon request (Windows Server license required).

Is your FileMaker hosting secure?
Yes, we provide enterprise-grade security on Google Cloud infrastructure. Security is a shared responsibility: Google Cloud is responsible for the infrastructure security, radFM is responsible for the FileMaker Server's integrity, and customers are responsible for securing their own FileMaker files and data.
Do you provide backups?
Yes, we provide automated, customer-accessible backups stored in your region. Backups are retained for 30 days and are accessible through your secure client portal. We also perform daily server snapshots (retained for 2 days) with files paused and resumed to ensure data integrity.
How do I access my backups?
All backups are accessible through your secure Client Hub portal. You can download any backup from the past 30 days at any time. The portal also provides uptime monitoring and payment management.
Do you provide SSL certificates?
Yes, all hosting plans include 256-bit SSL certificates for secure encrypted connections to your FileMaker Server.
Do I get FileMaker Server Admin Console access?
By default, radFM manages your Admin Console for optimal security and backup integrity. Admin Console access is available on special request, but you'll take responsibility for backup schedules and server configuration. Contact us at support@radfm.cloud to discuss your needs.
