All plans are billed monthly up front and they are non-refundable.
We perform regular backups. You can restore a backup from the link provided via email. radFM is not responsible for the content of client files.
Unpaid accounts will be terminated 5 days after non-payment.
radFM reserves the right to refuse to provide clients with any service for any reason.
radFM uptime guarantee depends on Google's uptime. If Google's services are unavailable, radFM services will also be unavailable.
radFM reserves the right to perform maintenance. Maintenance window will be provided at least 24-hours prior to customers via email.
radFM's services provided are subject to availability and to all of the terms and conditions on this page.
radFM's services can be canceled with 30 days notice. To cancel service please fill out a support ticket.
